Welcome to Sortiax's Nine Realms. By using this Service, you agree to the following terms.

01Service Description

Sortiax provides mystical realm tools including tarot reading, horoscope, natal chart, spiritual guardians, personality tests, dream decoding, divination inquiry, and more, operating on a Stardust (virtual credits) system. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

02User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality, providing accurate information when registering, and all activities under your account.

03Stardust & Refunds

Using tools consumes Stardust. One-time purchased Stardust is permanent; subscription-granted Stardust expires when the subscription ends. Stardust is non-transferable. Unused Stardust supports 7-day refunds; Stardust used for divination is non-refundable; failed interpretations auto-refund.

04Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

You agree not to generate illegal, harmful, harassing, or objectionable content, and must comply with applicable laws. Content you generate belongs to you, subject to AI model terms. Sortiax retains all rights to the Service, including code, design, and branding.

05Disclaimer & Changes

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Divination results are for entertainment only, not professional advice. Sortiax bears no liability for accuracy or consequences. Sortiax may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Sortiax may modify these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
