Sortiax ("we") respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect, use, and protect when you use the Nine Realms.

01Information Collection & Use

When registering: email, display name. When using the realms: divination records, chart data, dream notes, check-in history, Stardust logs. Payment info is processed by payment providers, not stored on our servers. We use this to provide the service, process Stardust, generate AI interpretations, accumulate check-in merit, and store divination history for your review.

02AI Processing & Data Security

To generate tarot interpretations, chart analyses, dream decodings, etc., your inputs are encrypted and transmitted to AI providers who process and return results without training on your data. Your data is stored on encrypted servers with TLS in transit, and generated content is kept in secure cloud storage.

03Information Sharing & Cookies

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary for operations (payment, hosting). Your divination content is private unless you choose to make it public. We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand usage; control via browser settings.

04Your Rights & Data Retention

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data and export divination records. Contact Sortiax via in-app customer service; we respond within 30 days. We retain data while your account is active; you may request deletion at any time. Some transactional data may be retained for legal purposes.

05Other

The Service is intended for users 13 and older. Sortiax does not knowingly collect children's data. Sortiax may update this policy; material changes will be notified via email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
